AvanStrate Inc. in Japan (ASI) is a manufacturer of LCD glass panel substrate and was established in 1991. The group head office is in Yokohama, Japan with group companies of Singapore, Taiwan and Korea.
AvanStrate Asia Pte. Ltd. (ASA), which is fully owned by ASI, was established in Year 2000. Our total capacity is 300k pcs/Month. There are currently 3 production lines in the Singapore plant.
At the moment, we are mainly producing 4.5 generation such as 730mm*920mm*0.5t, 5th generation, 1100*1250*0.5t and 7th generation 1870*2200*0.7t . ASA plant not only produces in big quantities, but is also leading and encouraging R&D.
We have developed super clean surface treatment called NA35HQ in Year 2004. This is not the ultimate goal yet, we are still on the way to achieve even better quality internally with our customers. |
